- The registration counter. The Citizen Charter says you can visit the Enquiry Reception and Registration counter at the main OPD.
On 17 October 2026 we also tried onlineigims.org in an ordinary desktop browser, and it did not open there either. The IGIMS home page itself does not link to that address; its “Make an Appointment” tile goes to the app. If the portal address still fails for you, use the app or the registration counter.
Until that is confirmed, the app and the counter are the routes that the IGIMS home page itself points to. We have not described the screens inside the app, because the institute’s own guide for it did not load when we tried, and we do not want to guess.
