This policy covers digital products sold on govhospitals.com, such as the PGI Chandigarh Rate List kit.
1-day refund, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied, email contact@govhospitals.com within 1 day (24 hours) of purchase with your Razorpay payment ID or the email address you paid with. We refund the full amount to the original payment method. We do not ask for a reason.
When the money arrives. We start the refund within 2 working days of your email. Razorpay and your bank usually take 5 to 7 working days after that to credit it.
Cancellation. A purchase is delivered by email straight after payment, so there is nothing to cancel before delivery. Use the 1-day refund instead. When a refund is made, the download links for that order stop working.
Failed or duplicate payments. If you were charged but did not receive the download email within an hour, or were charged twice, email us with the payment ID. We will send the files or refund the extra charge.
After 1 day. Refunds are not available after 24 hours, except for a duplicate charge or a payment where the product was never delivered.
