- What you buy. A digital file (spreadsheet and PDF) compiled from public information, plus any updates described on the product page. No physical item is shipped.
- Unofficial compilation. Products such as the PGI Chandigarh Rate List are compiled by govhospitals.com from information that hospitals publish. They are not issued by, endorsed by or affiliated with PGIMER or any government body. Rates and rules change. Check every figure against the official source before you rely on it.
- No guarantee of any claim. Our products help you organise a medical reimbursement claim. They do not decide one. The final decision rests with your employer, department or scheme. Nothing we sell is legal, medical or financial advice.
- Personal use. You may use the files for yourself and your family, and print them. You may not resell or republish them, or share them publicly. Each copy carries the buyer’s name and order number.
- Price and payment. Prices are in Indian rupees and include any taxes that apply. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card or UPI details.

- Updates. Where the product page promises updates (for example quarterly for 12 months), we email them to the address you paid with.
